Yes, there are age restrictions in certain areas of the resort. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the fitness center or spa facilities unless accompanied by an adult.

During the monsoon season, guests can enjoy scenic walks amidst lush greenery, and the resort also hosts seasonal events such as traditional Nepali New Year celebrations and cultural festivals.

The resort has a lost and found policy in place where any items found on the property are turned in to the front desk. Guests who have lost something can contact the front desk to inquire if their item has been found. If the item is found, the resort will make arrangements to return it to the guest.
